What states are you licensed in?
Texas, California, Arizona, Washington, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Arkansas. If your buyer is in one of those states, I can quote them directly.
What kinds of insurance do you write?
Home, auto, life, and commercial coverage, including general liability and property for business owners. Whatever your buyer needs, I can quote it.
Is there a minimum number of referrals?
No minimums. Send one a year or one a week, the terms are the same.
How fast will my buyer get a quote?
Usually about an hour if they're responsive, and I aim to have a binder in place before appraisal so it's never holding up your closing.
What if my buyer already has insurance lined up?
Still worth sending them over. If they've already got a quote elsewhere, I'm happy to give a second opinion, and it doesn't change your payout as long as the lead qualifies.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll get the one-page agreement and a link to submit referrals going forward. No exclusivity requirement on your end.
